I was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get tricked by hidden fees or some annoying upsell. But rtx.com was straightforward. The price seemed fair, checkout was simple, and the service did exactly what I needed it to do. I didn’t feel like I got fooled or pressured into anything extra, so I’d say it was good value overall. I’d use them again

I found what I needed quickly, and I kind of wish I’d checked here first. The info was clear without being overwhelming, and I didn’t have to deal with confusing pages or weird wording. Made the whole thing a lot easier than I expected.

But I had to contact support twice, and both times it felt like it took longer than it should have to get a straightforward answer. The first response especially seemed generic, almost like it was copied and pasted. They did help eventually, but the whole back-and-forth was more frustrating than I expected.
